Dear Friend,
Radhe Radhe! Welcome to this edition of Nama Dwaar Newsgram.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In all that you do, let love be the sole motive. Let action be out of love. Passions such as desire and hatred, anger and malice must be totally eschewed. If love becomes the grounding principle of all deeds, then most of the ills of the world will vanish.

hUSBAND, SON OR BROTHER

A Wife and Mother Who Was a Sister First (An Intelligent Woman)

Once upon a time some bandits robbed a village. Then they escaped into a thick forest. Some men from the village chased them. They surrounded the forest and searched it for the robbers, but they could not find them.
When they came out of the forest they saw three farmers plowing in their field. They immediately captured them and said, "Aha! You bandits are pretending to be innocent farmers interested only in plowing! Come with us to the king, you thieves!" They tied them up and took them as prisoners to the king. He locked them in the palace dungeon.

Then a woman began coming to the palace courtyard. For several days she came and cried, as if in mourning.

One day the king heard her cries and asked her to come inside. He asked why she was crying. She said, "I have heard that my husband, son and brother are all your prisoners, my lord."

The king had the three men brought up from the dungeon. Being a generous ruler, he said to the woman, "I will give you one of these three. Which one do you choose?"

The woman asked, "Can't you give me all three, my lord?" The king replied, "No, I cannot."

After carefully considering, she said, "If you will not give me all three, then give me my brother, oh lord king."

The king was surprised by her choice. He said, "You should choose your husband or son. Why would you want your brother instead?"

The smart woman replied, "Oh my lord, when I go out onto the roadway, a new husband would be easy to find. And then I could easily have another son. A husband or a son is easy to come by in this world. But since my parents are dead, I could never get another brother!"

The king was impressed by the intelligence and thinking ability shown by this simple woman. Some of his own ministers were not nearly as smart! So he decided to reward her. He said, "I return all three to you - your brother, husband and son."

The moral is: It's a fortunate brother who has an intelligent sister.

Dear Editor,

It Is Difficult To Defeat Congress

It is difficult to defeat congress if Hindus refuse to vote. The statistics say 84% of the Indian population is Hindu and only 20% of them voted in the last election. In India there is a 13% Muslim population and 90% of them voted in the election. Out of the 3% Christian population, 90% voted. The Dalit Hindus also voted for congress but I do not have the statistics on them. In any case, if Hindus don't go out and vote for BJP, it is difficult for BJP to win.

If BJP wants to win in the next election in 2014, they have to have a creative solution to this problem. The following are some ideas that I have:

1. In the USA the parties have a "Get out and vote campaign." This will help a great deal. BJP should do this utilizing different modalities of media.

2. BJP should start a voting club where members promise to vote in the next election.

3. BJP lost because Rajasthan, Delhi, Andra Pradesh, Kerla and West Bengal voted for the Congress Party. Now BJP has to make themselves stronger in those states.

4. BJP should not worry about Muslims and Christians but make Hindus into a stronger party. Muslims and Christians are not going to vote for them, so it is useless to believe that they will. They should focus on Hindus and strengthen their own party if they want to win.

5. India should have only a two party system if they want to have a good strong government. People should stop voting for the small independent parties.

6. 80% of the news media is in the hands of foreigners and Christians. BJP needs to start a Hindu TV channel or news media to have their voice heard.

Hindus are seeing democracy as their birthright and for taking it for granted. They do not value their freedom; this is the reason they do not bother to vote. They do not understand that Congress is Anti-Hindu and is promoting Islam and Christianity. This will do great damage to India. Hindus need to wake up from their laziness and delusions that everything will be just fine.

In Pakistan there was a 20% Hindu population, which were kicked out, now there is a 1% Hindu population left. In Bangladesh the 40% Hindu population has been reduced to 10%. The statistics say that in fifty years Muslims will be the majority in India. They do not believe in living with anybody else. When they become the majority and kick out all the Hindus, where are they going to go? Nobody wants Hindus in their country. Please understand that in this world there is no place for the weak, only the strong survive. The weak and stupid must die. I hope Hindus wake up and take charge of their lives and destiny. I hope they don't continue to depend on a foreign, white, catholic woman to take care of them.

WIDE CIRCULATION
VANDE MATARAM
From:- FROM A JOURNALIST [Investigative]& COUNTER JOURNALISM
CcDear Countrymen-Letters to the Editor-PCCouncil-CII-NHRC-Minorities Commission
Namashkar
Vande Mataram
To
KAPIL SIBLING
Union Minister
New Delhi

This is the second Question- the first one you have not answered- but nature will force you to answer- You may escape the Courts- but the not the Almighty's Court- Remember Decemeber2004- MASS KILLINGS OF OVER 25000 in the Devastating Tsunami. Shri Lal Bahadur Shastry took Responsibility for the 1953 Rail accident at Ariyallur Tamil Nadu- (Only One Person Saved in that entire Tragedy- who is Top Technocrat of COAL INDIA - MOST HONEST MAN- H.SRINIVASAN- Still Alive. Ofcourse in your wildest imagination can be anywhere near Shri Lal Bahadur Shastris footsdust partical as you are from the slave dynasty of Vatican], where in your case The word responsibility is non existant.Several Phone calls went in vein till theTsunami Struck. Had it been any other COUNTRY or Civil Society- SUCH PEOPLE ARE LYNCHED. In our country any thing can happen- like Creation of POK or Handing over territory to China or Looting the Nation and stacking in swiss account or Murder of Democracy through the Manipulation of EVMS ( 2004 & 2009- it will come out, if not today-definitely tommorow). The Human Rights Org should have tried you for the TSUNAMI LAPSE AND MASSCRE killing over 25000 People- MASS MURDER due to your lapse.

Do you know the Punishment you are going to FACE- ALL THOSE DEAD ARE BORN AS CHILDREN AND THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE YOUR ENTIRE GENERATION MISERABLE.One of the First Set of Women who voted- The Child is taking birth which is Your Lord Yama.

Now the SECOND QUESTION- As you are trying to Buldoz Sex Education in BJP Ruled States under Pressure from the Italians.
SEX IS NOT INDIAN CONSTITUTION OR ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES WHICH CAN BE TAMPERED- TINKERED OR DOCTERED with. Like Arthsahasthra, Astrology or Theory of Energy it is Cosmic Knowledge- well beyond your Punny Brains reach.

Discuss the Following with your-Children,Wife,Mother&Father Jointly- no hypocracy- "AS CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME" and answer the Following. ( Why I am writing to you is because based under pressure from your Roman Catholic Conqueror- you are playing the Same Manglore Church Sex Politics with BJP Ruled States). Please note this is not that VALENTINES ( SECULAR) TYPE OF SEX WHICH IS NOTHING BUT CANINES PERFORMING ON THE ROAD- CURSE OF DHARMAPUTRA LEGITAMISED BY THE MISSIONARIES AND CHURCH TO CORRUPT THE HINDU SOCIETY.

SEX IS NOT EXPOSING THE BODY AS SHOWN IN MOVIES-MAGAZINES OR CHRISTIAN MEDIA or As Exposed by the SECULAR KHANS OR KARINAS OR SUSHUMITAS OR TAMIL FILM ACTRESSES. There is nothing to EXPOSE AND Nothing is new. IT IS ALL SAME. PEOPLE WERE ROAMING WITHOUT DRESS in prehistoric times, EVEN NOW IN SOME PARTS OF THE WORLD- watch National Geography Chanel or Animal Plannet- you can find it or go to remote place of Andamans or some of the streets of India or ask Shashi Taroor. What you see in NUDE BEACHES IS NOT sex? Well, will you go with your Family to the Nude Beaches- You are secular Ist it? Go00ooo.

Because of Sex Civilisations have been Lost except HINDUISM BECAUSE HINDUISM IS THE MOTHER AND FATHER OF ALL SCIENCES- IT IS HINDUTVA- WHICH IS THE MOST MODERN SCIENCE- Sex is a small part of it. For SEX the Islamic Invaders Came to India. Because of Illegetimate SEX We lost parts of KASHMIR TO PAKISTAN- POK- Jawans Killed for Phirangi women- curtesy Jawaharlal Nehru. Now another Foreign women is destroy our Mother Land.

(Read the SEX CRIMES BY CHURCH- In US Billions of Dollars are paid for Child Sex Abuse =that is not sex or Clinton's sex action). There are MANGLORE PUB ATTACK TAKES PLACE INSIDE THE FOUR WALLS OF THE CHRISTIAN MEDIA- DO YOU KNOW? On Condition of Anonymity this has been confirmed by a section who are exploited. Please see the change when they join and when they go upward or down ward!!!!!- We also can let things out- well why is the question- why should we stoop to the level of christian media and expose our HINDU WOMEN REPORTERS- this is not HINDUTWA but Christian Missioanry Exploitation.
Getting to Business-

MARGARINE AND BUTTER - VERY USEFUL INFORMTION

agrasen

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pass The Butter, Please.

This is interesting.

Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back. It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow colouring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. They have come out with some clever new flavourings.

DO YOU KNOW the difference between margarine and butter?

Read on to the end; it gets very interesting!

Both have the same amount of calories.
Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at 8 grams compared to 5 grams.
Eating margarine can increase heart disease in women by 53% over eating the same amount of butter, according to a recent Harvard Medical Study.
Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in other foods.
Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine has a few only because they are added!
Butter tastes much better than margarine and it can enhance the flavours of other foods.
Butter has been around for centuries where margarine has been around for less than 100 years.
And now, for Margarine...
Very high in trans fatty acids..
Triple risk of coronary heart disease.
Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol).
Increases the risk of cancers up to five-fold.
Lowers quality of breast milk.
Decreases immune response.
Decreases insulin response.
And here's the most disturbing fact; HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY INTERESTING!
Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC.

This fact alone was enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance).

You can try this yourself:

Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will note a couple of things:

no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something)
it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value; nothing will grow on it. Even those teeny weenie micro-organisms will not find a home to grow. Why? Because it is nearly plastic. Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?
Share This With Your Friends (if you want to 'butter them up')!

Chinese Proverb:
'When someone shares something of value with you and you benefit from it, you have a moral obligation to share it with others.'

So.... DO IT!

BELIEF IN HINDUTVA IS BELIEF IN COSMIC TRUTH

From Svetasvatara Upanishad
Translations by Swami Prabhavananda
Sri Ramakrishna Math

The Rishis (seers of truth) inquire within themselves:
What is the cause of this universe? Is it Brahman (the Supreme Reality)? Whence do we come? Why do we live? Where shall we at last find rest? Under whose command are we bound by the law of happiness and its opposite?

Time, space, law, chance, matter, primal energy, intelligence- none of these, nor a combination of these, can be the final cause of the universe, for they are effects, and exist to serve the soul. Nor can the individual soul be the cause, for being subject to the law of happiness and misery, it is not free.

The Rishis (seers of truth), absorbed in meditation, saw within themselves the ultimate Reality, the self-luminous Being, the one God, who dwells as the self-conscious power in all creatures. He is one without a second. Deep within all beings He dwells, hidden from sight by the coverings of the gunas – sattwa, Rajas, and Tamas. He presides over time, space, and all apparent causes.

Like oil in sesame seeds, butter in cream, water in the river-bed, fire in the tinder, the Self dwells within the soul. Realise Him through truthfulness and meditation.

Like butter in cream is the Self in everything. Knowledge of the Self is gained through meditation. The Self is Brahman (Supreme Reality). By Brahman is all ignorance destroyed.

Fire, though present in the firestick, is not perceived until one stick is rubbed against another. The Self is like that fire; it is realised in the body by meditation on the sacred syllable OM (AUM).

Let your body be the stick that is rubbed, the sacred syllable OM the stick that is rubbed against it. Thus shall you realise God, who is hidden within the body as fire is hidden within the wood.

He who is realised by transcending the world of cause and effect, in deep contemplation, is expressly declared by the scriptures to be the Supreme Brahman. He is the substance, all else the shadow. He is the imperishable.

The knowers of Brahman know Him as the one reality behind all that seems. For this reason they are devoted to Him. Absorbed in Him, they attain freedom from the wheel of birth, death and rebirth.

Matter is perishable. The Lord, the destroyer of ignorance, is imperishable, immortal. He is the one God, the Lord of the perishable and of all souls. By meditating in Him, by uniting oneself with Him, one ceases to be ignorant.

Know God, and all fetters will be loosed. Ignorance will vanish. Birth, death and rebirth will be no more. Meditate upon Him and transcend physical consciousness. Thus will you reach union with the Lord of the universe. But you must know this. Nothing further is there to know. Meditate, and you will realise that mind, matter, and Maya (the power that unites mind and matter) are but three aspects of Brahman, the one Reality.

To realise God ...
To realise God, first control the outgoing senses and harness the mind. Then meditate upon the light in the heart of the fire - meditate, that is, upon Pure Consciousness as distinct from the ordinary consciousness of the intellect. Thus the Self, the Inner Reality, may be seen behind physical appearance.

Control your mind so that the Ultimate reality, the self-luminous Lord, may be revealed. Strive earnestly for eternal bliss.

With the help of the mind and the intellect, keep the senses from attaching themselves to objects of pleasure. They will then be purified by the light of the Inner reality, and that light will be revealed.

The wise control their minds, and unite their hearts with the infinite, the omniscient, the all-pervading Lord. Only discriminating souls practice spiritual disciplines. Great is the glory of the self-luminous Being, the inner Reality.

Hear, all ye children of immortal bliss, also ye gods who dwell in the high heavens: Follow only in the footsteps of the illumined ones, and by continuous meditation merge both mind and intellect in the eternal Brahman. The glorious Lord will be revealed to you.

Control the vital force. Set fire to the Self within by the practice of meditation. Be drunk with the wine of divine love. Thus shall you reach perfection.

Be devoted to the eternal Brahman. Unite the light within you with the light of Brahman. Thus will the source of ignorance be destroyed, and you will rise above karma.

Sit upright, holding the chest, throat and head erect. Turn the senses and the mind inward to the lotus of the heart. Meditate on Brahman with the help of the syllable OM. Cross the fearful currents of the ocean of worldliness by means of the raft of Brahman – the sacred syllable OM.

With earnest effort hold the senses in check. Controlling the breath, regulate the vital activities. As a charioteer holds back his restive horses, so does a persevering aspirant hold back his mind.

Retire to a solitary place, such as a mountain cave or a sacred spot. The place must be protected from the wind and rain, and it must have a smooth, clean floor, free from pebbles and dust. It must not be damp, and it must be free from disturbing noises. It must be pleasing to the eye and quieting to the mind. Seated there, practice meditation and other spiritual exercises. As you practice meditation, you may see in vision forms resembling snow, crystals, smoke, fire, lightning, fireflies, the sun, the moon. These are signs that you are on your way to the revelation of Brahman.

As you become absorbed in meditation, you will realise that the Self is separate from the body and for this reason will not be affected by disease, old age or death.

The first signs of progress on the path of Yoga are health, a sense of physical lightness, clearness of complexion, a beautiful voice, an agreeable odour of the person, and freedom from craving.

As a soiled piece of metal, when it has been cleaned, shines brightly, so the dweller in the body, when he has realised the truth of the Self, loses his sorrow and becomes radiant with bliss. The yogi experiences directly the truth of Brahman by realising the light of the Self within. He is freed from all impurities – He is pure, the birthless, the bright.

He is the one God, present on the north, the east, the south and the west. He is the creator. He enters into all wombs. He alone is now born as all beings, and He alone is to be born as all beings in the future. He is within all persons as the inner Self, facing in all directions.

Let us adore the Lord, the luminous one, who is in fire, who is in water, who is in plants and trees, who pervades the whole universe. At the periods of creation and dissolution of the universe, He alone exists. Those who realise Him become immortal.

The Lord is one without a second. Within man, and within all other beings, He projects the universe, maintains it, and
withdraws it into Himself.

His eyes are everywhere; His face, His arms, His feet are in every place. Out of Himself He has produced the heavens and the earth, and with His arms and His wings He holds them together.

He is the origin and support of the gods. He is the Lord of all. He confers bliss and wisdom upon those who are devoted to Him. He destroys their sins and their sorrows.

He punishes those who break His laws. He sees all and knows all. May He endow us with good thoughts!

This vast universe is a wheel. Upon it are all creatures that are subject to birth and death and rebirth. Round and round it turns, and never stops. It is the wheel of Brahman. As long as the individual self thinks it is separate from Brahman, it revolves upon the wheel in bondage to the laws of birth, death and rebirth. But when through the grace of Brahman it realises its identity with Him, it revolves upon the wheel no longer. It achieves immortality.

The Lord supports this universe, which is made up of the perishable and the imperishable, the manifest and the unmanifest. The individual soul, forgetful of the Lord, attaches itself to pleasure and thus is bound. When it comes to the Lord, it is freed from all its fetters.

Mind and matter, master and servant- both have existed from beginnigless time. The Maya that unites them has also existed from beginningless time. When all three- mind, matter, and Maya- are known as one with Brahman, then is it realised that the Self is infinite and has no part in action. Then it is revealed that the Self is all.

O Lord, Thou hast revealed Thy sacred syllable OM, which is
one with Thee. In Thy hands it is a weapon with which to destroy ignorance. O protector of Thy devotees, do not conceal Thy benign person.

Thou art the Supreme Brahman. Thou art infinite. Thou hast assumed the forms of all creatures, remaining hidden in them. Thou prevadest all things. Thou art the one God of the universe. Those who realise Thee become immortal.

Said the great seer Svetasvatara:
I have known beyond all darkness, that great Person of golden effulgence. Only by knowing Him does one conquer death. There is no other way of escaping the wheel of birth, death and rebirth. There is nothing superior to Him, nothing different from Him, nothing subtler or greater than He. Alone He stands, changeless, self-luminous; He, the great one, fills this universe.

Though He fills this universe, He transcends it. He is untouched by its sorrows. He has no form. Those who know Him become immortal. Others remain in the depths of misery.

The Lord God, all-pervading and omnipresent, dwells in the
heart of all beings. Full of grace, He ultimately gives liberation to all creatures by turning their faces forward Himself. He is the innermost Self. He is the great Lord. He it is that reveals the purity within the heart by means of which He, who is pure Being, may be reached. He is the ruler. He is the great light, shining forever.

This great Being, assuming the form of the size of a thumb,
forever dwells in the heart of all creatures as their innermost Self. He can be known directly by the purified mind through spiritual discrimination. Knowing Him, men become immortal.

This great Being has a thousand heads, a thousand eyes, and a thousand feet. He envelopes the universe. Though transcendent, He is to be meditated upon as residing in the lotus of the heart, at the centre of the body, ten fingers above the navel.

He alone is all this- what has been and what shall be. He has become the universe, yet He remains forever changeless, and is the Lord of immortality.

Without organs of sense, yet reflecting the activities of the senses, He is the Lord and ruler of all.He is the friend and refuge of all. He resides in the body, the city of nine gates. He sports in the world and without in innumerable forms. He is the Master, the ruler of the whole world, animate and inanimate.

He moves fast, though without feet. He grasps everything, though without hands. He sees everything , though without eyes. He hears everything, though without ears. He knows all that is, but no one knows Him. He is called the Supreme, the Great One.

Subtler than the subtlest, greater than the greatest, the Self is hidden in the heart of all creatures. Through His grace a man loses his cravings, transcends grief, and realises Him as Brahman Supreme.

If the truth of these scriptures are meditated upon by a man in the highest degree devoted to God, and (devoted) to his guru (spiritual teacher) as to his God, they will shine forth. They will shine forth indeed!

Om… peace – peace –peace.

Revive Vedas and strengthen Sanatan Dharma- the eternel Religion based on Dharma as described in Vedas
Rtam, Satyam. Dharmmam (Rig Veda)- Rta (Cosmic Laws of Necessity) are Satyam (eternal truth) and follwing these Rta (cosmic laws) is Dharma. Even God follows sternly these Cosmic Laws. Bhagavd Gita also confirms this Vedic eternal truth.

Know Thy Vedas

OM Khamm Brahma- OM Thy name is God. In Vedas Shabad Brahma (Cosmic Word) is OM.

Dear seekers of Vedic knowledge,

Subject: Purpose of Human Birth- as described in Vedas

In this phenomenal world of an illusion of comfort in the vast sea of turbulent matter a number of views are prevalent about the purpose of life and human birth.

To know the purpose of life an effort was made to study Rig Veda which was accorded the status of world Heritage by UNESCO during 2007. According to (RV 1-24-1, 4-33-11, 61-79-1) the purpose of human birth is to assist God (Vishwakarma- the Supreme Designer) in the maintenance of social, moral and physical order so that the entire mankind becomes divine bureaucracy of God to ensure implementation and maintenance of His wondrous Design. The Cosmic laws of Nature (Rta) are formidable and despotic in their operation and even God Him self having created obeys these laws sternly. Truthful search of these laws and obeying Rta is the greatest service to God.

Thus the Purpose of life is to fulfill the divine mission of God and Prakrti (divine Nature) by resorting to welfare activities for the entire mankind (Vishwa Kutumbkam- the Global Family of our formless and ineffable God) and all animate and inanimate life. It only proves that selfless social work on the path of Rta is the only divine work.

Those human beings who understand the purpose of human birth and follow cosmic laws of Nature (Vedic Rta) can become Paramjot- carriers of divine light (divine Vedic knowledge) and they can realize God in one birth. Vedas and Upanishads tell us if human beings born in the image of God, if they do not realize God in one birth, they are the losers. Incidentally image of God is mentioned in the context of God is Parmatma- the Supreme Soul and only human beings have got Atma- our Real Self the omniscient principle Soul. The animals, birds, fishes etc do not have omniscient principle but have “energy principle” i.e. Spirit. Thus Sattavic, Rajasic and Tamasic Gunas only affect the manifested soul (jivatma) of human beings and not the spirit of animals etc.

Vedas tell us when the jivatma (manifested soul) is surrounded by predominance of subtle Tamasic gunas of impurity and stupor, the ap-riori Vedic knowledge conatined in the human soul is affectd by the vehement effect of MAYA which creates a Golden Lid and hides the noble and divine knowledge and creates an illusion of comort in the this vast turbulent sea of matter.

By following Vedic Rta affect of Maya starts disappearing and purpose of human birth becomes clear to mankind.

Apart from what Vedas say about the purpose of life, many other Vedic concepts regarding Good, Charity, Love, Enlightened Liberalism, harmonized divine, spiritual and material Knowledge (Jnan), physical sciences and scientific temper, Vedic Economics and many others have been described in the book “Glimpses of Vedic Metaphysics”. The book (about 350 pages) is available on the Internet for on-line reading/down loading/taking print at no cost and can be accessed through Search Engines of Google.com/Yahoo.com/ Lulu.com. Also the book can be accessed through the Website http://www.sabhlokcity.com/metaphysics.

With regards,

Yours spiritual Brother,

P.K.Sabhlok

1. Kindly forward this e-mail to seekers of Vedic knowledge known to you and strengthen the eternal Vedic religion Sanatan Dharma. Become Paramjot and spread Vedic metaphysics/teaching/guidelines directly revealed by God as Shruti through the human souls of ancient Rsis and Munnies of yore. Vedas tell us human soul contains the entire knowledge of Vedas.

2. Kindly feel free to improve truthfully this Vedic Message based on other Vedic mantras/hymns/riks not included above and render divine service to formless and ineffable Brahman by spreading Vedic Sanatan Dharma.

Think of your brain as a muscle: It gets stronger with exercise. Your everyday mental tasks are like walking, but how about a real workout? Try these simple exercises to boost your brain power and clear away the fog of forgetfulness.

1. Use your non-dominant hand
Tackling new tasks improves brain capacity in younger people and has a restorative effect on mental faculties that are declining. Boost your brain power right now by performing everyday activities with your non-dominant hand. If you're right-handed, use your left hand to eat, drink, comb your hair, and brush your teeth. Try writing your name with your non-dominant hand or put your mouse pad on the other side of the keyboard.

Why does this work? The human brain starts declining after the age of 30 especially in women with each successive pregnancy. By exercising your brain through the use of non-dominant hand, you are stimulating the opposite side of the brain and activating blood flow, which slows down the brain aging process and improves mental capacity. Evidence from functional brain imaging shows that the process of neuroplasticity -- the brain's natural ability to form new connections -- can be enhanced by studying new things, especially hand-eye coordinated exercises like developing the use of your non-dominant hand and practicing visualization meditation. For an effective guided visualization that will also increase your years, check out Meditations to Live to Be 100.

Stimulating communication between the two hemispheres even helps physical balance. Mind-body exercises like tai chi coach people to use the right and left side of the body equally. Try switching it up in sports. For instance, in tennis, switch the racquet to your non-dominant side and play.

2. Work out your brain
You have to use it or lose it! You can work out your mind just like you work out your body. Mental exercises that will keep your brain fit include doing crossword puzzles, playing chess, or memorizing names, shopping lists, and phone numbers. When I was a young boy, to keep my brain function strong, my father had me memorize Tang Dynasty poetry. Every day I had to memorize a new poem and recite it back. Learn the words to a poem or a new song and repeat them back from memory. Set aside the calculator and add manually instead. Keep challenging yourself with tasks that are new to you.

Whatever mental exercise you choose, the key to success is to practice every day at the same time; you are developing and activating new neural pathways, and consistent cycles will keep the brain on track.

3. Move your fingers to improve your brain
Many people marvel that Asian children seem so intelligent. It could be because they use their fingers more frequently. They eat with chopsticks and at one time, they used to compute with an abacus in school. In fact, some studies have been done with children who use an abacus daily, and findings show that engaging the fingers stimulates nerve endings that go directly to the brain, increasing circulation. Take advantage of this by practicing motor activities that use your fingertips, like crocheting, knitting, and other arts and crafts where you are manipulating small parts. Try playing the piano or a stringed instrument.

Here is an exercise you can do anywhere, at any time. Put one finger on top of the one next to it, then try to stack the next finger on top of that. Or hold a pencil or pen between your index and middle fingers, roll it over until it's balanced between the middle and ring fingers, then again to between the ring finger and pinky. This exercise has a beneficial impact on brain health for anyone at any age, but especially for people in their 40s, 50s and beyond -- when signs of brain aging starts to set in.

Why does this work? A map of the brain shows that the nerve endings on your fingertips correspond to more areas of the brain than any other body area, except perhaps the tongue and lips. Therefore, finger exercise and movements can be useful in stimulating the neurons in the brain. The National Institute of Mental Health conducted experiments that showed finger exercises enlarged the capacity of the participants' brains, increased connections between neurons, forged new neural pathways, and increased circulation to the brain areas. The researchers concluded that finger exercise contributed significantly to brain plasticity, the ability of the brain to renew itself. Increased circulation means more oxygen and nutrients for the brain cells and decreased waste products that clog up the brain.

4. Stimulate brain acuity with self-massage
To improve concentration and memory try this self-massage that stimulates two easy-to-find acupressure points on your neck at the base of the skull. Cross your hands behind you with the palms cradling the back of your head, your thumbs in the grooves on each side of your neck, and your index fingers crossing one another below the skull, just above the thumbs. Sit in a chair, lean your head back, and let it rest against the pressure of your thumbs and index fingers. Slowly inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth, letting your whole body relax. Do this for three to five minutes. You'll increase blood flow to the brain and at the same time relax the neck muscles, which often tense up in response to stress, constricting blood vessels in the area.

You can find these, and many other brain boosting tips in my new book, Second Spring. I invite you to visit often and share your own personal health and longevity tips with me.

May you live long, live strong, and live happy!

The Philosophy of Sindhis

A Sindhi is an international person who like a chameleon changes his colours according to the lay of the land he is in.
He goes for a walk to the park in the morning in his brand new Mercedes to show off to his friends but to his shop, no way, the old two wheeler will do.
He must have his two pegs of Johnny Walker Black Label before dinner – after all the brand survives on the International sindhi consumer as does the 555 brand of cigarettes which he proudly sports.
Mortgages the house and borrows money for that coveted Diamond Jewellery set for the wife to show off at the next society wedding.
Masters the native language wherever he lives, Tamil in Chennai or Mandarin in Hong Kong. But at home not a word of Sindhi does he speak, read or write. The whole family knows English, Hindi and the local language but their own mother tongue is taboo.
Worshipping all the Gods without following the religion is the Sindhi speciality. They pray to Guru Nanak, have a Granth Saab at home, but they are not Sikhs. No kesh, kada or kirpaan for them. No sir. They go to Vaishnodevi for a Himalayan vacation and walk from Ahmedabad to Ambaji for exercise, but certainly not for religious purpose.
Sindhis are the greatest followers of Saints and Sadhus. They believe that these ascetic creatures will wash away all the wrongs they have done to date. They go to Bias to the Radhaswami Headquarters, to Puttuparti for blessings of Shri Satya Saibaba, to Asharam Bapu in Sabarmati or to Laxmi Bhagwan in Mumbai and to any other Saint they have heard of through their own grapewine.
Sindhis have no tradition of Ancestry. They do not even have a surname to speak of leave alone caste and creed. It is said that a century or so ago when Sindhi children went for admission to convent schools, they were asked to fill in forms giving their surname. Not having one, they looked up their forefathers list and simply added ‘ani’ after the oldest and called it their surname. Thus one Ramchandani has no relation whatsoever with another except that great grandfathers of both were named ‘Ramchand’.
All Sindhis are highly motivated by the word ‘PROFIT’. Wherever it exists, you will find a Sindhi, be it Dubai or Toronto, Colombo or Miami, Lagos or London. They get attracted by the word and make a beeline for that destination. You will find the creatures in way out places like Suriname in S outh America and Helsinki in Finland.
Food wise Sindhis are Gourmets. Willing to try anything. Just as happy eating snails in Paris or Kangaroo meat in Australia. Relish all kinds of cuisine be it Chinese, Mexican, Italian Pasta, Hot dogs and Hamburgers or the more sedate British Fried fish and chips. Their favourite of course is the desi kababs and biryanis. Sindhi cuisine is also quite exotic both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Looking for a Sindhi school for your kids. Sure, there are lots of them run by various Sindhi Trusts. But you know what, The medium of instruction in each and everyone of these schools (pronounced - Ischools) is English.
Here is one Sindhi trait you will never find in any other ethnic community……… A Sindhi will never have a Sindhi family doctor nor fight a legal battle in the court with a Sindhi lawyer. Even his chartered accountant will be anybody but a Sindhi (except if he is working the black market)
You won’t find a Sindhi without an uncle in Hong Kong, a cousin in the Canary Islands, an aunt in Mauritius or a distant relative in Saigon, Vietnam. Sindhis are evenly dis tributed all over the planet. Anywhere you go you will definitely find a few of the species.
Sindhis working abroad are called ‘Sindhworkies’. They make their money there and once every couple of years they come to India for a holiday and to meet their family and relatives. Here they generously distribute gifts to all and sundry….Rolex watches Made in Singapore, French Perfumes concocted in Kenya, Arrow Shirts duplicated in China and all kinds of knick-knacks picked up at the discount counters of the Dollar Stores all over the world.
One other way of spotting this Sindhworkie is the strong smell of Eau de Cologne emanating from him which he has so generously sprayed on himself before venturing out into the desi world.
During this Sindhworkie’s stint in India, he must visit any or all of the following places:
a) The Golden Temple at Amritsar
b) The Saibaba Temple at Shirdi
c) The Brahmakumari Ashram at Mount Abu
d) The Balaji Temple at Tirupathi
e) The Mataji Temple at Vaishnodevi.
f) The Sadhu Vaswani Centre at Pune
At Mumbai, he will leave no stone unturned in wrangling an invitation to a Bollywood bash and meet up with a couple of film stars, who of course will later become his ‘Langoti yaars’ and bosom buddies.
Along with learning the local language and customs the Sindhi is also quick to change his name to suit the local environment so that the locals do not have to twist their tongues calling him. Thus Mohan Sadhwani quickly becomes Mike Sadhwani, Jetho Harjani becomes Jerry Harjani, Tekchand Motwani changes to Tom Motwani. Given the option he will change his surname too, like Sipahimalani becomes Sippy, Mulchandani chan ges to simply Daney and Kripalani to Kripps.
For a quick snack nothing like the good old Papad. Before a drink, with the drink or alongwith the meal, the papad is very much part of his lifestyle.
One good thing about the Sindhi, he carries about 25 different credit cards but never uses any of them. Don’t want to see any bank entries to explain, do we. Pay by cash only, besides what about the interest charges on those credits.
The affluent Sindhi has a large and neat library of Books at Home and Office. All properly stacked with the latest Best Sellers, Classics, Encyclopedias and Dictioneries. Like the tusks of the elephant, all these assets are for display only. Never reads any of this stuff. For literary consumption, he prefers the more glossy picture filled magazines like Playboy, Penthouse or the Desi Star Dust, Filmfare , Femina and Debonair.
Sindhis are Movie Buffs of the Bollywood kind. They have seen all the pictures of Raj Kapoor and Nargis, Dilip Kumar and Meena Kumari and of course all Amitabh Bachhan movies. But they are not averse to the new heartthrobs like Shah Rukh Khan or Aishwarya Rai.
We have mostly talked about the Sindhi Males. But what about the female of the species. Sindhi women are generally flashy, prefer loud and bright colours, adorn as much jewelry as can be accommodated by their necks, forearms and ears. Diamonds are the preferred precious stones. They are ardent users of Revlon and Max factor products for enhancing their natural good looks and a more than ‘healthy’ figure.
Sindhi Females prefer sparkling gold and silver laced sandals to the more sedate leather slippers. Similarly the handbags they carry , the jazzier the better. Sorry no Guccis or other designer accessories for this breed.
Go to any restaurant in town for lunch. You will see at least a couple of Kitty parties in progress. Look closely and you will spot at least half a dozen or more of these Sindhi females. You will find them looking at their attire and accessories, but if you still can’t then listen. The loudest of the lots are likely to be Sindhi. They do not have a volume control on their vocal cords. They simply love these kitty parties.
Sindhis are real geeks when it comes to rituals. They will not eat non-veg food on Mondays, Full Moon Days (Satnarain) or Zero Moon days (Gyaras). Laxmi puja is a must in Diwali, Eat Bhorindas (Til Ladoos) in Uttaran and Ghiers (Large Jalebis) in Holi. Observe all the Festivals and celebrate the national Holidays like Republic Day and Independence day with fervour.
A Sindhi is a born optimist. Turns a blind eye to the darker side of life. A gambler by instinct, he wants to ride his luck, sets his targets high and maybe even unachievable.
The negative side of Sindhis is they never help each other. They treat all Sindhis as competitors whether in business or in their social life. So if a guy is going down or doing badly, push him further so that he can never rise again. (It's a Dishearting Fact oF SINDHIS )
Sindhis believe in working hard for achieving their goals. They are quite ruthless along the way and if a few people get destroyed in the process, so be it. That’s their problem.
An average Sindhi is a Zero Culture person. For him a painting is a painting whether a Rembrandt or a Filmy poster. Classical Music is a lot of noise, the filmy remixes are better. He would much rather see a dance by Rakhee Sawant than a Bharat Natyam of Mallika Sarabhai.
So also it goes with Sightseeing. No wild life resorts for him or a visit to the Louvres. He would prefer a visit to the Moulin Rouge in Paris or a Disco Party in Singapore. The scenic beauty of Switzerland will be simply wasted on him. But Mardi Gras in New Orleans would be a treat.

All said and done, it is a GREAT Community, the epitome of ‘Self-Help’, no hang ups, high acceptance level and a community of equals.

Long Live Sindhiyat!!

PARIS – President Nicolas Sarkozy said the Muslim burqa would not be welcome in France, calling the full-body religious gown a sign of the "debasement" of women.

In the first presidential address to parliament in 136 years, Sarkozy faced critics who fear the burqa issue could stigmatize France's Muslims and said he supported banning the garment from being worn in public.

"In our country, we cannot accept that women be prisoners behind a screen, cut off from all social life, deprived of all identity," Sarkozy said to extended applause at the Chateau of Versailles, southwest of Paris.

"The burqa is not a religious sign, it's a sign of subservience, a sign of debasement — I want to say it solemnly," he said. "It will not be welcome on the territory of the French Republic."

Dozens of legislators have called for creating a commission to study a possible ban in France, where there is a small but growing trend of wearing the full-body garment despite a 2004 law forbidding it from being worn in public schools.

France has Western Europe's largest Muslim population, an estimated 5 million people, and the 2004 law sparked fierce debate both at home and abroad.

Even the French government has been divided over the issue, with Immigration Minister Eric Besson saying a full ban would only "create tensions," while junior minister for human rights Rama Yade said she was open to a ban if it was aimed at protecting women forced to wear the burqa.

The terms "burqa" and "niqab" often are used interchangeably in France. The former refers to a full-body covering worn largely in Afghanistan with only a mesh screen over the eyes, whereas the latter is a full-body veil, often in black, with slits for the eyes.

A leading French Muslim group, the French Council for the Muslim Religion, has warned against studying the burqa, saying it would "stigmatize" Muslims.

Sarkozy was due to host a state dinner Monday with Sheik Hamad Bin Jassem Al Thani of Qatar, where women wear Islamic head coverings in public — whether while shopping or driving cars.

FERN AND THE BAMBOO

FERN & THE BAMBOO + Why Wedding Ring on the 4th finger (attached)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Romula D'Silva Sun, Jun 21, 2009 at 12:53 PM

1. WHY WEDDING RING ON THE 4TH FINGER?
See attached Power Point file.

2. FERN AND THE BAMBOO

One day I decided to quit... I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality... I wanted to quit my life.

I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.
"God", I said. "Can you give me one good reason not to quit?" His answer surprised me...
"Look around", He said. "Do you see the fern and the bamboo?" "Yes", I replied.

When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed.

But I did not quit on the bamboo. In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful.

And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said.

"In the third year, there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In the fourth year, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. "I would not quit." He said. "Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth.

Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant... But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.
It had spent the five years growing roots.

Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle."
He said to me. "Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots."

"I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you. " Don't compare yourself to others .." He said. " The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern ... Yet, they both make the forest beautiful."
Your time will come, " God said to me. " You will rise high! " How high should I rise?" I asked.

How high will the bamboo rise?" He asked in return. "As high as it can? " I questioned.

" Yes. " He said, "Give me glory by rising as high as you can. "

I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you. He will never give up on you. Never regret a day in your life.

Good days give you happiness
Bad days give you experiences;
Both are essential to life.

A happy and meaningful life requires our continuous input and creativity. It does not happen by chance. It happens because of our choices and actions. And each day we are given new opportunities to choose and act and, in doing so, we create our own unique journey." Keep going...

Happiness keeps you Sweet, Trials keep you Strong, Sorrows keep you Human, Failures keep you humble , Success keeps You Glowing, but Only God keeps You Going!

SEARCHING FOR ORIGINS OF FATHER'S DAY

Searching for the Origin of Father's Day
by Mike Krumboltz

359 Votes Searchers have a question they'd like answered: Who started Father's Day? Who do they have to thank for the mandatory bonding time they're spending with dear ol' dad this weekend? Lookups on "father's day origin" and "who started father's day" inspired us to investigate. The results of our research shook us to our very core.

OK, maybe not to our core, exactly. But the story of how Father's Day came to be is still pretty interesting. A blog from a Detroit church explains that most historians credit a woman named Sonora Smart Dodd with creating the holiday. Ms. Smart Dodd was "inspired by her father, a widower and Civil War veteran named William Jackson Smart." She wanted to do something to honor his memory while paying respect to all fathers.

Clearly she was a woman with a plan. Alas, not everybody agreed with her pleas to "give it up for the papas" (our words, not hers). In fact, Ms. Smart Dodd's proposal was often mocked when it first made the rounds. Folks felt it unnecessary. And the all-male United States Congress felt that having a holiday for fathers might look like they were trying to give themselves "a pat on the back."

Additionally, many just plain didn't want the holiday. An article from Inspiration Line explains that, according to an article in The Spokesman-Review, "one group of men conventioneers laughed and said they didn't want a Father's Day. A National Fishing Day would be better, they told her."

Though many scoffed, the holiday was eventually accepted. In 1910, the first local Father’s Day was held. It wasn’t until 1924 that President Calvin Coolidge "made it a national event." Then, in 1966, President Johnson signed a proclamation declaring the third Sunday of June as Father's Day. President Nixon made it law in 1972.

It's hard to imagine a time when the idea of Father's Day was mocked and dismissed as ridiculous. If it weren't for the tenacity of a grateful daughter, it may never have come to pass.

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanocon...

is, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, "a word alleged to mean 'a lung disease caused by the inhalation of volcanic ash, causing inflammation in the lungs.'"

It occurs chiefly as an instance of a very long word.[1] The 45-letter word was coined to serve as the longest English word and is the longest word ever to appear in an English language dictionary. It is listed in the current edition of several dictionaries.[2]

I was once told the longest word had 108,000 letters in it - the equivalent to 80 typed pages of A4 or a short novel, and described the workings of a cell. I don't know what it is though!

(Although I was told this as a child, it has always stuck with me - good old Usborne Facts and Lists books!)

Sorry - I'm not sure that is very helpful to you though :o)

PRANAYAM

After doing pranayama, the effects can be amazing .The Bengali poet and mystic, Shri Aurobindo, practiced pranayam for up to six hour per day. He then observed, 'pranayam makes one's intellect sharper and one's brain quicker'. Initially he could write about 200 lines poetry a month . After mastering pranayam, he composed 200 lines in only half an hour. He commented,'.....poetry came like a river and prose like a flood..'(Diwarkar 1976:111-112).

Gandhywood after Holly-Bolly-Kolly-Tollywood

Forget Holly-Bolly-Kolly-Tolly and other wood. See all wood in Gandhiwood.

Thousands youth come in Bollywood but how many among them survive in Bollywood whp knows. How many employments would be generated by Rahul's talent hunt, who knows?

Rahul's talent hunt, a lucrative business

Rahul Gandhi has begun his "talent hunt" for the Youth Congress in Uttar Pradesh. Applicants should be below 35 and have passed the secondary exams. Selected candidates will get a chance to work with Rahul Gandhi to build a 'youthful' Congress party. It is remarkable here that one among 199 aspirants is 53 years old History Professor Dr. Pankaj Kumar of Lucknow University. The state Youth Congress' interviewed 199 candidates as part of the "talent hunt" to select its office bearers on June 18. Engineers, teachers, doctors, managers and social workers registered themselves at the state party office in Lucknow.

As media of May 09, More than half of India's lawmakers running for re-election to parliament reported a 300% increase in their assets since the last ballot five years ago, a survey conducted by a corruption watchdog said.

Declarations filed by 300 members of the outgoing parliament showed an average increase of Rs27.5 million in assets, including homes, cash and jewellery, says Association for Democratic Reforms

Above facts is only for No.I account. Who knows about No.2 account of the above?

The Congress has topped the list of parties fielding 'crorepatis' in the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections, with nearly 50 per cent of its candidates in the electoral fray having assets in crores. At least 193 millionaires are in the race to enter the 15th Lok Sabha in the first phase

Congress candidate from Pilibhit seat V.M. Singh has emerged as India's richest candidate so far with assets worth Rs. 631 crore. Deepak Bhardwaj of the Bahujan Samaj Party, who is fighting from West Delhi, has declared assets worth Rs 600 crores. A contestant from Gujarat, Khimjibhai Patadia, has declared assets worth over Rs 500 crores.

365 crorepatis contested the Lok Sabha elections in 2004.

Doesn't matter if more than 40% of India's 1.1 billion population live in poverty on less than $1.25 a day.

Rahul's talents hunt to solve the unemployment problem!!

Poverty and Unemployment is obvious in India as an outcome of overpopulation. It affects the politics as major segment of the people regardless of religion faces problem due to poverty and unemployment.

Slogan of secularism and anti-BJPism can't solve the problem of unemployment.

Why did Rahul's talents hunt not attract women?

Ironically, even when the Congress is talking about passing the Women's Reservation Bill, only five women registered. They were two teachers, a lawyer and two social workers.

Actually before Rahul his mother Sonia Gandhi have also started the talents hunt for selecting the Presidential candidate as Pratibha Patil and lok Sabha Speaker as Meira Kumar. What are their qualification and their work done for the public benefit? Only Sonia Gandhi herself may know.

Who burnt his wife in Tandoor?

Sonia dares to say: Cong is the most pro-women party

Gandhis are always sincere for unemployed youths. Unemployed bar dancers of Mumbai had met Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi in 2004. Ater that Rahul started working on women empowerment to employ ball dancers in making crowds in the election meetings.

Celebrating Rahul's birth day and uplifting of dalits

Youth Congress adopts 39 students on Rahul birth day this year. "The number of such students the BPYC would adopt next year would be 40 and it would keep growing by one every year," BPYC General Secretary Kumar Ashish announced. This progress is after forgetting 'Kalavati' by Rahul Gandhi.

Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III patronised Dr. Babasahe Bhimrao Ambedkar. Youth Congress wants to make Rahul Gandhi bigger than the Maharaja of Baroda?

Youth and elder Congress in Bihar is forefront to show loyalty towards Italy born Gandhis. Congress leaders like Italian dish as we like South Indian Idli and dosa. At the time of past Football world cup Congress of Bihar in Patna worshipped for the victory of Italy to keep photo of Sonia Gandhi in the temple with the football.

Why is BJP nervous on 116, not when 2

Hindutva is the 'pran' of Hindustan as well as BJP and RSS. Gandhi dynasty is the pran of Congress. Without pran there is no existence of life.

BJP can be called a party in indifference due to its Hindutva path

Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) was not nervous in i984 when BJP won only two seats, one winning candidate is Chandupatla Janga Reddy from Hanamkonda of Andhra and second is A.k.patel from Mehsana of Gujarat. At that time BJP leadership was concentrated itself on Hindutva to ride on the chariot. At that time BJP was a party in difference.

If a General knows his strength but does not know the strength of his enemy, his chances of winning the war are not guaranteed. BJP leadership showed his strength on 1992 and thereafter but between 2004 and 2009 they not only lost confidence on their strength to move as per the direction of the allies but also forget to know the strength of their opponents.

The statements of the leaders of Hindu Organizations such as VHP ideologically connected to BJP backfire sometimes when they do not fit in the policy frame of BJP allies. This difference between the statements of leaders of the BJP and their connected other Hindu Organizations' leaders are exploited by their opponents who try to create confusion in 2004 to 2009 with the help of the Anti-Hindu Left leaning and so called pseudo secular media especially news channels maximum financed by International Christian Missionaries.

It is said that the support of the RSS is essential for the BJP to make electoral gains. This is the reason why the anti-BJP forces try to make a rift between the RSS and the BJP leaders.

What Perceptions of a difference is?

The care of party cadres and common people is essential to the success of BJP because it is a party in difference. This is not necessary for the Congress, life of which depends on the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty. Roots of this dynasty right from berth and now are towards foreign (at present Italian) land and culture.

People and BJP cadres know when BJP leadership serves without caring. It makes a difference when they care to march on Hindutva path. BJP should be known as Jan Sangh was.

BJP's cadres and common people are everyone, BJP leaders work, day to day, and live for them with them. Democratic government means: "Democracy is the government of the people, by the people, for the people" Abraham Lincoln

BJP leaders become people's servant when BJP make a difference

The perception is the power to know to catch common wisdom and necessary needs of common people; approaching them with the ideology and common people oriented programs, impressed them, getting votes and support, peoples Care.

The support was lost by BJP leadership because of a negative perception of a difference that formed in their minds without their conscious knowledge or control. Going into the grip of Jinnah's ghost through comrade Sudhir Kulkarni might be an example. President of BJP acted quickly on Yashwant Sinha, but takes sleep on the matter of Kulkarni. Perhaps in their eyes Kulkarni is more important than Yanshwant Sinha for the party.

Who can imagine the downfall of Madanlal Khurana, Uma Bharti, Kalyan Singh and others, when all were first in the rank after Advaniji.

Supreme Court has defined Hindu, Hindutva and Hinduism.

Congress is fully against Hindutva.

After Nehru Pranab Mukherji said in West Bengal in his election campaign that ' Hindutva ' culture did not belong to Bharat!!

According to them "Gandhi dynasty is India, India is Gandhi dynasty" as they said in the past "Indira is India, India is Indira". According to them beginning of Bharat/Hindustan/India is from the birth date of the Nehru Gandhi dynasty.

BJP should not forget to do political cultural ideological pranayam.

BJP's soul-searching meet begins on June 20:

Ayam means restrain or control .Therefore pranayam is a discipline to control th eventual life force through various breathing techniques.Jasswant Singh, Yashwant Sinha and now the letter of Arun Shourie are the example of breathing techniques of BJP.
